MCL is led by its founding director Damian Mayer.

Damian is PRINCE 2 and MSP accredited Programme Manager with over 15 years experience of programme delivery. Full lifecycle programme delivery, programme governance, methodology best practice and programme office design and delivery are amongst skills utilised in recent client engagements. He has experience in many sectors including Telecommunications, Financial services, Government, and Systems Integration. His recent clients have included: Barclays Retail Bank, Vodafone, Cable and Wireless, Misys, SITA and CPA Global.
