MCL were retained to provide consultancy on the implementation of a revised project and programme management methodology as well as the implementation of an online project management tool. In addition MCL were asked to recover a significant project that was seen as failing. MCL conducted a project health check and provided recommendations to the governance group which it was then asked to implement. The project was successfully delivered.
