MCL were asked to take over the leadership of a complex global programme to deliver a migration to Office 365 as part of a corporate de-merger. MCL were responsible for planning and delivering the global migration for over 28,000 users. Migration was executed in 4 phases.
- Phase 1 – Microsoft Teams deployment and Adoption
- Phase 2 – Office client deployment and Office 365 Tenant preparation
- Phase 3 – User migration to Office 365 27,000 users were migrated over a 6 week period
- Phase 4 – Separation for Legacy environment
